APPEARANCE
height - 5'8", 1.73 meters and 173 centimeters

build - He looks slightly muscular, but not like the body builders. He has a slight 6 pack in his abs. He looks slender to most.
hair - His hair is a messy jet black, and he keeps a white band around his head, with some of the hair sticking out the top. Vyse likes to keep his hair short, and if he must look presentable, like if he was going to some sort of stuffy noble's party, he would straighten his hair.
face - He has beautiful bright blue eyes, which stand out from everything else on his face. Vyse's face has only a slight V shape to it, but the shape isn't very distinct.
distinguishing features - He has a small scar on his back, but other than that, his eyes are the only really features that stand out.
other - His skin is a light tan color, mostly from being in the sun for a lot of his life. His fingers have been described as nice and long, though not freakishly long.

HISTORY
Vyse grew up in one of the better off families in the Northern Water Tribe, but his older sister always seemed to be the one his parents paid the most attention to. He didn't care, or at least said he didn't care, because at least then that took pressure off of him to make his parents proud of him. Vyse still strove to get their attention, but nothing seemed to make them happy. His older sister, Lian, seemed to always ignore Vyse, which he did not appreciate. Vyse decided that he would learn how to water bend on a better level than he already could, feeling that if he could become a master water bender his family would accept him.

At first, Vyse was practicing by himself, at night. He would train throughout the night, getting only a few hours of sleep each day. That was until a water bending master named, Kalen, found the young boy trying his best to preform the water whip, in extreme failure. Kalen spied on Vyse for the next three nights before coming up to the young boy. Kalen offered to teach Vyse how to master water bending, but said it would take much work and dedication. Vyse agreed instantly and began his training under the water master Kalen. After a couple of years, Vyse had improved quite well, however, Kalen had to leave the Northern Water Tribe to find his twin brother, whom was spotted in the Earth Kingdom. Vyse wanted to join Master Kalen (who is 54 years old at this time), but Kalen refused, telling Vyse he must stay and learn water bending on his own, also noting that Kalen had nothing else to offer Vyse in his training, as what Vyse needed was experience.

Up until a year ago, which of course was when his parents announced his sister to be wed to some noble guy Vyse never paid attention to, Vyse did as his master had said. A rumor spread that the Master Kalen had joined his twin brother, Kiy (a fellow waterbender), and the two were taken prisoner by some group named the Poison Rose, but that was just rumors. However, no one had heard from them since. It was then Vyse became determined to find Master Kalen, and perhaps even find out what this Poison Rose was all about. Vyse has yet to find out much, except that the Poison Rose has been behind several building collapses.

PERSONALITY
Vyse is a determined young man, who will not stop at anything to get his job done. While not a master water bender, he is determined to become a waterbending master, not to impress his parents anymore, but to make his water bending master proud of him. He has been seeking to belong with others, and can be described as a weakness in his personality, because he might change himself to fit in with people he deems cool or people he would want to be friends with.

Vyse is also a very strong person, who can go through physical torture. However on the flip side of this, he can't go through too much emotional torture without breaking down. Vyse is a brave person who will face anything he has to, if it would help him complete his goal. Socially Vyse can be described almost as a loner, as he stays quiet and doesn't approach people to talk to them and make friends. He's quiet until he feels comfortable with them, and then he reveals his fun, slightly perverted side.
